Cohort licences · 25–1,000+ seats

License a cohort. We invoice you.

One rewrite per seat. The ladder starts at 25 seats for $99 — $3.96 a seat, on a card today — and runs down to a $2.50 per-seat floor. Every size can be invoiced on a purchase order, net 30. No account, and no licence to renew.

Tell us the headcount and we invoice it — net 30, PO number on it, no card.

Or email [email protected] — it reaches the same person.

Entry rung · pay by card
25 seats$99$3.96 a seat · one-time

A single intake, a workshop group, or a first round before anything bigger. 25 single-use codes, emailed the moment the payment clears — no invoice to wait for, no PO, no account.

Prefer a purchase order? The invoice path covers this size too — net 30, PO number on it, no card.

Just one profile — your own? Tap your job title for the free 0–100 score — then $1 unlocks the full rewrite. No seats, no licence, nothing recurring.

The rate card · one-time, invoiced

What a cohort licence costs.

One seat is one complete rewrite for one person. Every rate below is one payment — on an invoice at any size, or by card up to 500 seats — never a subscription and never a term you renew, and every per-seat figure is the arithmetic of the two numbers beside it. The ladder starts at 25 seats, listed first.

Entry rung · the smallest licence, payable by card
25 seats$99$3.96 a seat

A single intake, a workshop group, or a first round before anything bigger.

100 seats$390$3.90 a seat

One intake, one chapter, or a first round across a single region.

250 seats$875$3.50 a seat

A graduating class, a conference cohort, or a quarter of member demand.

500 seats$1,500$3.00 a seat

A full programme year, or a multi-site restructure handled in one go.

1,000+ seats$2,500$2.50 a seat

A whole membership. Every seat past 1,000 is quoted at the per-head floor.

$2.50 a seat is the floor. $2,500 covers the first 1,000 seats, every seat above that is $2.50, and we don’t quote below it at any volume — so the arithmetic on your invoice is the arithmetic on this page.

Smaller than a licence · pay by card, no invoice
10-seat team pack$79$7.90 a seat

Or buy it outright · by card, no invoice to wait for · from 25 seats

Pay now, hand the codes out today.

Every size up to 500 seats can be bought outright with a card at the published rate — 25, 100, 250 and 500 seats, starting at $99 — with no reply to wait for, no PO and no call. Your single-use codes and a pack page listing them are emailed the moment the payment clears, usually inside a minute, and a receipt goes to the same address.

Need net 30 terms, a PO number on it, more than 500 seats, or a member perk written into the agreement? The invoice request at the top of this page is unchanged and still the way most cohorts buy — at every size on the ladder, including 25 seats.

Work email — your codes and the receipt are emailed here.

Card payment is the same price as the invoice, not a different rate. Larger than 500 seats, or your finance team needs a PO and net 30? Use the invoice request at the top of this page — it’s unchanged, it covers every size on the ladder, and it’s still how most cohorts buy. Either way, write to [email protected] and a person answers.

A card seat and an invoiced seat are the same seat: one single-use code, one complete rewrite, no expiry, nobody named on it until it’s spent. 14-day money-back guarantee applies either way — email [email protected] within 14 days and we refund it in full.

For associations · pick one, not both

Make it a member benefit.

If you’re licensing for a membership rather than a single intake, the licence can carry one of two perks. They’re alternatives on purpose: the member rate hands the value to the member at the till, the quarterly return hands the same value to the organisation, and doing both would be counting one discount twice.

Option A

Member rate: $49 a 10-seat block

A single review is already $1, one-time, so there is nothing to discount at the till. Where a chapter or committee wants its own block, your members pay $49 instead of $79 for 10 seats.

We agree the mechanism with you before anything goes out — a member-only claim link or a block of prepaid codes, whichever your membership system can carry — and confirm it in writing. Nothing is charged to a member who doesn’t use it.

Option B

20% of member spend, returned quarterly

Members pay list price, and we return 20% of what they spend to the organisation every quarter — as an invoice credit against your licence or as a payment, whichever your finance team prefers.

Each return comes with the figures that produced it: the period, the number of reviews and the spend they came from. No member names, because we never collect them.

The invoice path · unchanged

Four details now, codes when it clears.

Step 1

Four details

Work email, the organisation the invoice is addressed to, the seat count and your PO number if you have one. One tap at the top of this page, or email [email protected] — both reach the same person. No card, no call, no account to create.

Step 2

An invoice, net 30

A person replies with the invoice at the published rate for your seat count — PO number on it, net 30 terms, usually within one business day. Nothing is charged, and no card is involved at any point.

Step 3

Codes, then hand them out

When the invoice is settled we issue the single-use codes as one batch and a pack page that lists them. If your intake starts before then, say so and we'll agree release against the PO in writing first.

14-day money-back guarantee: spend one seat, and if the licence isn’t worth it, email [email protected] within 14 days and we refund it in full — no questions asked, nothing to send back, and the rewrites already delivered are yours to keep.

What each seat delivers

Three paste-ready rewrites and a number, per person.

  • +A keyword-optimized LinkedIn headline, paste-ready
  • +Your About section rewritten in full, first person
  • +Your top 3 experience bullets reworded for recruiter search
  • +Your 0–100 recruiter-search visibility score, broken into its four parts
  • +Every experience bullet they paste in, across every role — not just three
  • +A permanent review page each person keeps, and an email receipt pointing at it

Each person opens their own claim link, pastes their own profile text, and gets their rewrite on screen in about two minutes — no signup, no card, no LinkedIn login, and no data of theirs passing through you. Delivered by software with no human in the loop, which is the whole reason a seat costs this little.

Two complete delivered rewrites are published word for word — including the [bracketed blanks] where the rewrite refuses to invent a tool, a figure or an employer for someone — on the proof page, and a full single review is on /sample.

Before procurement asks

What we deliberately don’t do.

No per-seat renewal, no licence term

A licence is one invoice for a fixed number of seats. Codes never expire and aren't attached to anyone until they're spent, so there is nothing to renew and nothing to true up next year.

No LinkedIn account access

We never ask anyone for a LinkedIn password and never connect to an account. Each person pastes their own text in and copies the rewrites out. There is nothing for your IT or legal team to authorise.

No roster of your people

We never ask you for names or emails of your cohort or your membership. A licence is a batch of codes and a page that lists them — that is the whole administration, and we hold no list of your people.

No résumé or PDF editing, no auto-posting

We don't open, convert or return document files, and nothing is ever published or changed on anyone's profile. Standout rewrites LinkedIn text blocks; every edit is made by the person whose profile it is.

No human reviewers, no queue

There's no coach, no scheduled call and nothing to book. That is exactly why a seat costs what it does at these volumes — and why it complements your own coaching rather than replacing it.

No job guarantees

We fix the words, which is the part your cohort controls. We can't create demand for roles nobody is hiring for, and we won't imply otherwise in front of people who have just been laid off.

Questions finance and procurement ask

Can you invoice us instead of taking a card?

Yes, at any size, and it is how most cohorts buy. Give us a work email, the organisation the invoice is addressed to, the seat count and a PO number if your finance system has issued one, and the invoice comes back at the published rate on net 30 terms. Nothing is charged until you pay it, and no card is involved at any point. Emailing [email protected] works just as well as the form.

Can we just pay by card and skip the invoice?

Yes, for every size up to 500 seats — 25 seats, 100 seats, 250 seats, 500 seats — at exactly the published rate, with nothing added for paying that way. The entry rung is 25 seats for $99, which is the smallest licence we publish. You enter the card on this page, and your single-use codes, the pack page that lists them and a receipt are emailed within a minute of the payment clearing. Above that, or whenever finance needs a PO and net 30, use the invoice request instead.

What exactly is a seat?

One single-use code, redeemable once for one complete rewrite: a keyword-optimized headline, the About section rewritten in full, the experience bullets reworded for recruiter search, the ranked keywords and the 0–100 recruiter-search visibility score with its breakdown. Nobody needs a Standout account and nobody needs to pay anything themselves.

What happens above 1,000 seats?

$2,500 covers the first 1,000, and every seat above that is quoted at $2.50 — the per-seat floor. We don't quote below it, so a bigger number doesn't mean a cheaper head beyond that point. Tell us the headcount and we'll put the arithmetic on the invoice.

Do the codes expire, or get tied to named people?

Neither. Codes never expire and aren't attached to anyone until they're spent, so you can license now and hand them out when your intake, programme year or renewal cycle actually starts. Each one works exactly once, and a spent code drops off your pack page so you always know what's left.

Can our members or cohort pay their own share?

They already can: a single review is $1, one-time, paid by card with no account. Where a chapter or committee wants its own block, the member rate is $49 for a 10-seat block instead of $79. We agree the mechanism with you before anything goes out — a member-only claim link or a block of prepaid codes, whichever your membership system can carry — and confirm it in writing.

How does the quarterly return work instead?

Your members pay list price, and we return 20% of what they spend to the organisation each quarter, with the figures that produced it. It is one or the other, not both — the member rate already hands that value to the member at the till.

What if it isn't any good?

14-day money-back guarantee: email [email protected] within 14 days and we refund it in full, no questions asked and nothing to send back. Spend one seat first and judge the licence on that — or read two complete delivered rewrites on our proof page before you commit anything.

Can we see what a seat returns before we commit?

Yes, two ways, both free and neither needing a card: the proof page publishes complete delivered rewrites word for word, including the blanks the rewrite refuses to invent, and the free audit scores one profile and hands back a paste-ready rewritten headline on the spot.
